Jim managed our SharePoint development as well and conducting data analytics on our Global Process Mapping initiative. He has a very strong  work ethic and has amazing skills within programming. He was an key contributor with our group on the development of our SharePoint site and took many of our manual reports and was able to automate those within the tool.
